Terms of Service

Returnio provides a SaaS portal to manage the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83, including compliant button, OTP validation and request archival.

The merchant warrants the accuracy of the data provided and keeps credentials confidential. The merchant is responsible for proper use of the service towards end customers.

Plans and pricing are on the website. Payment is via a third-party processor (Stripe). Invoices are issued in EUR. If plan limits are exceeded, additional credits will be charged.

We commit to best-effort availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure.

The merchant may cancel at any time; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. Data is retained per the privacy policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Returnio's liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months. No liability for indirect damages or lost profits.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Milan, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
